Requirements
- Pick and prepare orders accurately according to picking lists and instructions
- Handle products carefully to ensure quality and avoid damage
- Assist in loading and unloading goods when required
- Ensure correct labeling and packaging of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the picking and storage areas
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or shortages to the supervisor
- Comply with warehouse safety, hygiene, and company procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or picking role is a plus
- Ability to work in a cold chain environment
- Physically fit and able to handle manual work
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work shifts and overtime if required
