We are thrilled to share that Logistica, the Distribution Center for McDonald’s in Lebanon, has successfully passed the SMETA Audit (Sedex Members Ethical Trade Audit), which is a globally recognized methodology for assessing ethical and responsible practices in supply chains. It is a 4-Pillar audit requested globally by McDonald’s starting 2025 and performed by an external audit firm and evaluates:
Labor Standards (e.g., fair wages, working hours, prevention of child/forced labor)
Health & Safety
Environmental Practices
Business Ethics
The audit was conducted on November 18th and 19th, 2025
